History/Founder
McClure & Associates was started in 1998 by veteran recruiter and HR director Pam McClure. Prior to founding the company, Pam worked 12 years with Deloitte Consulting’s Retail Logistics Division where she was responsible for Human Resources for the Atlanta, New York and Chicago offices. Previous to Deloitte, she worked 5 years with Healthdyne, a Medical Equipment Manufacturer where she was the Human Resource Generalist for 400+ associates. Pam has extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations and networking as well as experience in benefits and compensation analysis. Outside work, Pam is a competitive swimmer with USMS and a volunteer with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
